Yvonne Thelwell Sensei Came to California to do her Shihan Demo.
She taught our class and then practiced her demo with Brian and Gil (who have the honor to be part of the demo on Saturday at ASL).
Our friends from ASL came to train and help Gil and Brian get ready for their Nidan (2nd degree black belt) exams.
We are very lucky to have friends from Aikido San Leandro (ASL) join us. They bring expertise and fun!

Our Firend Vlad from DC came to Train With Us
Vlad was in SF for a conference. He is a PhD economist who works at the Federal Reserve. He is actually a black belt, but he didn’t bring his gi so we lent him one.
Our Firend Larry Bardach Sensei Came to Train With Us
Larry trained for many year with us at Hikari Dojo. When he is in the Bay Area he usually stops by and trains with us.
